The application period for the Observatory and Forum’s working groups is over

The EU Blockchain Observatory and Forum’s Call for Contributors, launched on March 15 to select its working groups members, ended on April 9.

The Observatory and Forum is glad to announce that the Call for Contributors successfully engaged with a wide variety of actors in the ecosystem. It raised interest of many potential contributors with diverse nationalities, professions, industry domains, and technology expertise. The Observatory and Forum thanks each and every person who applied for the working groups and is looking forward to future collaborations.

Applications are currently under review and applicants will receive a reply by the end of April 2018. 

Contributors will be appointed at the discretion of the Forum, according to the following criteria:

• EU citizenship or EU resident;
• Significant experience and expertise in the field of blockchain technology and its applications (e.g. as a researcher, executive, entrepreneur, regulator, etc);
• Availability to dedicate time to provide substantial input to the Forum at least on a monthly basis (approximately half a day to a full day per month, for up to two years).
