Description: The EU Blockchain Observatory and Forum is an initiative of the European Commission launched in 2018. It aims at accelerating blockchain innovation and the development of the blockchain ecosystem within the EU, and so help cement Europe’s position as a global leader in this transformative new technology. As part of its activities, the EU Observatory is organizing workshops across Europe to gather experts working blockchain’s legal and regulatory framework as well as use cases. This workshop will focus on highlighting social impact use cases that have proven to generate value for citizens and societies, and explore how the EU can further support these initiatives.
